Michael says he’ll be “glad to see the back of teacher assessment” in reading and maths. I wonder if this view is shared by Year 6 teachers?

The thing is, we all have to make & record all those assessments anyway. Why can’t there be an easier way, where formative ongoing assessments can feed into a summative, standardised & easily moderated assessment platform.
